Worst app ever. Park elsewhere!

Paid for parking on my app, got a parking violation ticket!
Followed steps on app to appeal, cannot access *send button* when keyboard is up.
FAQ says you can see your last 10 purchases, if you follow the steps, that option to see your payment history does not exist.
For the rates you charge o park in your lots you should be able to afford competent developers.
