No filters, so you cant search by height restriction or accessibility etc. No global map view either.

Its okay, but Im better off looking it up online. I drive a truck and need the height restrictions, which is why I downloaded it. If you could add that in, I would use it all the time!

Tried this app several times! Only works in Vancouver, so useless, No maps, No support//chat. You can find parking faster yourself. Poor web design!!

It would be great if you could choose your parking location by the location number on the kiosk. Super handy if you dont happen to know the address where you are.

Waste if time if you want to use to pay for parking. Locating lots is all it is good for.

Nice idea but when I press the "pay for parking" button, nothing happens.

Parking is a hassle and apps have such potential to make life easier. This one does not. Couldnt pay. Couldnt get live help. Had to risk a ticket or move the car. Links to register payment options were not functioning. And after all that, the promise of 50% off posted rates using the app was wrong. Back to quarters I guess!

I have this downloaded on my phone but end up calling the phone number to pay for meters. I would like to suggest you have a entry line that allows users to enter the meter number location vs. near by me & etc. I have never been successful using the other search options to find the meter location I am trying to pay for.

Has no map view and not users friendly. Avoid this app and get paybyphone.

Would be nice if they had a paypal option instead of requiring you credit information

Just left an EasyParking lot and GPS didnt work. Incredible.

The app is mostly OK BUT: you are paying a convenience fee for paying with the app? They should give a refund for not needing to empt the park meter but charging a fee? You are kidding!

"Nearest location" feature doesnt work. What is the point of using this app?

Yep - doesnt work. GPS wont find you and you need that to locate your spot and pay. You also have to sign up for a secondary dubious payment method to pay, cant just use a credit card or PayPal or anything. Wondering why they even released it since everything about it is a fail.

this app is awful. payment system is sketchy. shame on them for releasing such a poor app

Location doesnt work so I cant find or pay for parking. Live chat also doesnt work. Incredibly frustrating. I had this app on my old phone and it worked fine. I guess they upgraded it to make it worse. Dont waste your time.

Failed to locate GPS and just freezes

Used to be great. Now find your location no longer works. Useless

Seriously. This is a crappy app. Take a few pages from the PAYBYPHONE parking app guys. Do not download!
