EasyPark Parking App Reviews

The worst experience I have with a parking app. Used it to pay for parking, it redirected me to my PayByPhone account. Then got a parking ticket saying I did not pay even thought I paid for the full length of the parking. This is a joke.

Works amazing.... Great features... Very fast to pay

Paid for parking on my app, got a parking violation ticket! Followed steps on app to appeal, cannot access *send button* when keyboard is up. FAQ says you can see your last 10 purchases, if you follow the steps, that option to see your payment history does not exist. For the rates you charge o park in your lots you should be able to afford competent developers.

I guess the app need to be upgraded or something. I got ticket 2 time in a row. Of couse the ticket has been cancle but it is annoying.

No indication that credit card info is secure. Simply dont trust it.

This app has many obvious and frustrating bugs. Creating an account was painful. I almost gave up. PayByPhone was a much better experience.

Its an epic fail. As already mentioned by others, app is very frustrating to setup and use. Its very slow on many occasions. It also cant find (on many occasions too) where the nearest EasyPark location is despite the apps map depicting your location accurately and being outside the Easypark garage. There are many other bugs too, but I will leave that for others to mention. Developers seemingly dont care, they just created an app cause they were told to. I uninstalled this app as it is a waste of space.

All around terrible app, it really has one job and does it poorly. Its surprisingly difficult to enter a location and pay

Absolutely useless and the tech support is even worse, totally incompetent and rude staff.

Running (trying to) it on iOS 9.3.1, on iPhone 6S Plus. Crashes as soon as I choose to enter a location.

Epic fail. App cant locate garage even when standing outside. The map knows where you are but App cant find easy path locations. App is very slow and often unresponsive. Saving license plate info is tricky. Not recommended. Uninstalled.
